At FYVE, we are dedicated to ensuring you have the right gear for your peak performance. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the sports gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product remains in resellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5 business days.
